Our Daycare Policy
To ensure the health and safety of your pet and of other guests, we require that all of our clients comply with the following rules and regulations:
Opening Hours:
Dogs can be dropped off at 9am (no earlier) & must be picked up by 4pm. A late pickup fee will be charged at $1 per minute or part thereof. If you’re going to be late please advise us ASAP.
First Day:
All new dogs must be here at 8am on their first day. This is to familiarise the dog with the environment before the other dogs arrive.
Age:
All dogs must be 4 months of age or older before commencing day care. Puppies must have been at home for 2 weeks prior to coming to day care.
Desexing:
All dogs over the age of 7 months must be neutered or spayed.
Vaccinations:
All dogs must have up to date vaccinations.
Health:
All dogs must be in good health. Owners will need to certify that their dog is in good health and has not been ill in the last 30 days. On admission all dogs must be free from any illness/condition that could potentially be communicated to other dogs.
Behaviour:
Dogs showing aggression or threatening behaviour towards any persons or other dogs will need to be picked up by their owner as soon as possible after being notified.
Rates:
Due and payable in the morning of admission on the day of each attendance.
What to bring:
Your dog must have a collar with ID tag and be walked on a lead at all times to and from the centre. All items should be clearly labelled with your dog’s name. Please do not bring personal items like toys or bones as this is a cage free environment, and we cannot guarantee their exclusive use. We have treats and plenty of toys.
Medication:
Please clearly label medications and include written instruction with your dog’s name, type of medication, dosage and frequency. Please alert us in advance if you know your dog will require medication. A small fee applies for the administration of medication.
